• Supporting the EGM of HSE, HR and IT and State Management teams in the review, implementation and monitoring of Emeco Safety Health Environment Management System (ESHEMS)
• Assisting with the development and implementation of Core Risk Control Protocols (CRCP)
• Coaching and mentoring of managers and supervisors in safety leadership, HSE systems, policies and procedures
• Auditing in line with Emeco annual HSE audit program, and preparation for external audits of company systems

• Develop and implement Safety Systems and Safety Improvements throughout Emeco, including the design and development of safety resources
• Provide support to State HSE Advisors, State Managers and State Management teams to ensure that Emeco HSE Strategic targets and objectives are achieved
• Assist with the coordination of the Crisis & Emergency Management (including an active role in the Crisis Management Team)
• Provide relief coverage for State HSE Advisors (due to leave, vacant positions)
