• Worked on the request for proposal (RFP) team, responding to client questionnaires and deliverables• Took a lead role integrating Loopio, our team’s new RFP tool• Worked with portfolio managers, lead strategists, traders, legal and compliance teams to fill out RFPs• Took over full coverage for an associate on the team during quarter-end while they were out of office• Set-up and facilitated the annual client conference for over 1,000 GMO clients• Updated RFP databases (Evestment, Morningstar, PSN, etc.) on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Managed accounts payable inbox, processed invoices, and reconciled cash accounts daily • Footed the company’s 10-Q reports to ensure accuracy• Helped prepare the 2022-2023 company-wide budget projections with the CFO• Worked with business line leaders for quarterly purchase order reviews
