Over 20 years of experience in automotive repair/sales/service with a passion for systems and network engineering and support. This hobby blossomed into a career in 2017. Skill set now includes: MS SQL database administration, AS400 end user support, configuration/operation/support of MS Office 95 through 365 and One Drive, CMDline, PowerShell, Sysinternals (PsTools/PSExec), POS software/hardware setup and quality assurance (Vast POS, TPOS, Nextar), Incident/Request/Problem/Change management (through use of BMC Track-it!, Solarwinds Service Desk (Samanage), Atlassian Jira and X-Ray, and Smartsheet), PC image creation and deployment software (SmartDeploy, Acronis, Ghost, WDS, MECM/SCCM), PCI and SOX compliance and remediation, text/record editing and remediation, and HP FM Audit enterprise print device reporting and analysis, and HP Web JetAdmin remote printer management and configuration. Passion for cybersecurity and disaster/data recovery in the home and enterprise environments (enterprise level end-point security management with Vipre and Bitdefender, and client support with EaseUS, McAfee, Malwarebytes, Kaspersky and various other freeware).In addition to these hard skills, I find joy in leading my quality assurance/POS tier 2 support team and supporting their personal, technical skill, and career growth while they focus on meeting the needs of business and of our end users. Keeping a positive attitude and being transparent with staff, business partners and end users, no matter the circumstances, are the tools that have served me best in my career thus far.
