When I first started my college career, I had no idea what operations management or what a supply chain was. I didn't know what I wanted to do or where my interests in business were, all I knew was that I wanted to be in business. My first business class we took a quiz to help us narrow down what we may be interested in, and I scored in the supply chain/operations section. I had no idea the impact that the quiz would have. I tried a couple of majors out but always found myself back where I began, in operations. The more I learn about it the more I love it! You can ask my wife, I rarely shut up about throughput. I want to someday make a big impact of the industry and I know the time is soon. The best of process improvement is still out there to be discovered and I hope to be a part of the team that implements it!
