The AutoTrader group started a financial transformation project, with Price-Waterhouse-Cooper as the external integrator. The scope of the project was to install Oracle’s E-Business Suite 12.1.3 financials, OBIEE and RMB (Revenue Management Billing). Additionally the scope included integrating five additional business units into this footprint.As the Sr. Data Architect my responsibility is to ensure that the data architecture between all systems would maintain data flow, integrity and scalability now and the future. Euramax currently deploys 5 different ERP systems as well as Cognos Finance for financial reporting and consolidation. In addition the company has restructured its North American sales and operations organizations. These factors make it very difficult to report and/or analyze business conditions, monitor and produce KPI’s and respond quickly to changing business conditions.As a result the business embarked on a project to select a BI platform, integration partner and then configure and customize the application to conform information from the stated data sources into the BI platform. My responsibility as the project manager was to lead this effort from charter to closure including the evaluation and selection of the platform, selection of the integration partner and development and management of the project plan to closure.The project cost estimate is $800K and is scheduled to go live the first week of November 2012. The first phase includes the installation of the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) foundation suite, Financial and Supply Chain/Order Management Analytics and all required hardware and operating environments. This phase would include the creation of the test and production environments.• Responsible for all project activities including, project plan, requirements gathering, resource plan, scheduling, gap analysis, status reports, budgets, etc.• Responsible for managing the architecting of hardware, operating systems, software installations and configurations, etc.• Configuring Informatica (ETL), architecting seeded and custom mapping for EBS.• Developing universal adapters for non-Oracle systems (Cognos Finance and Avante)• Configuring DAC for all set-ups parameters and execution plans for extractions.• Responsible for managing all identified and potential risks and stakeholder expectations• Managing configuring OBIE and OBIA for dashboards and reports (MD50’s and MD70’s)• Deployment and customizations to the repository

Responsible for all Support, Development of highly integrated waste management system. Custom AS400 applications integrated with JD Edwards, Lotus Notes and web based applications to meet regulatory requirements as well as business and accounting needs.
