Worked closely with a co-supervisor and other department supervisors to manage a team of up to 12 counselors per day, in such tasks as guest registration, child drop off and pick up, lunch preparation, fielding emergency calls and quickly multi-tasking to expedite emergency response and solutions, solving guest concerns efficiently and professionally, daily administrative duties, creating schedules, mediating employee concerns, and ensuring the best experience for all children and their families while on vacation.

Assisted Ski Instructors and Supervisors with daily activities which included guest registration and assistance, fielding guest requests to supervisors when necessary, beginner ski instruction, lunch preparation, emergency response, and ensuring mountain safety for all children in ski school (ages 3-6).

In charge of the entertainment and safety of large groups of children varying in age from 2 to 13. Supervised various outdoor adventures independently and in cooperation with other counselors, which included mountain hikes, zip line, excursions into town, large group games, swimming, and all on-mountain resort activities.

Provided a friendly, creative, and enlightening experience educating consumers on innovative Dyson technologies and ensured that all current Dyson products were performing well by personally disassembling, inspecting, cleaning, and reassembling relevant products. Presented product presentations to hundreds of customers per day. Initiated positive networking relationships with managers at companies such as Costco, Best Buy, and Macy’s. Consistently sold over $1000 worth of product per day.

Demonstrated various products to potential customers in an energetic and fun environment. Discussed product use (often meal preparation) recommendations, nutrition concerns, and other product details with customers in a personable and professional manner. Set up, organized, cleaned, and disassembled demonstration cart daily while keeping detailed logs concerning health and safety regulations, product sales, and customer interactions. Completed daily duties independently.

Worked with other counselors to organize various indoor and outdoor activities including nature hunts, large group games, crafts, swimming, canoeing, and educational speakers for up to 70 kids per day, ages 6-12.

Managed a team of students buying textbooks on behalf of the company using allotted funds of over $1500 which Iwas held personally accounted for at all times. Deposited funds and delivered over 300 books according toinstructions in a responsible, timely and professional manner.
