2010 – Present Business Unit Manager.Since working for this leading organisation I have achieved several promotions due to outstanding performance and currently hold the position of Business Unit Manager. Within this role I direct the performance of a successful region, encompassing all aspects of finance, P&L, strategy, people management, sales, budget control, and client engagement, to ensure the achievement of business goals. I oversee the operation of several product and service businesses including Passive Fire Works, together with multiple fire product businesses and Simplex; a national product and service business. I have gained extensive experience in the delivery of IP, networking and wireless technologies to clients across a broad range of sectors, and was instrumental in the successful change management of Simplex.

2007 – 2010, NSW Business Development ManagerAt this time I held responsibility for identifying the primary areas for business development based on extensive market research, together with establishing and implementing a strategic sales and marketing plan that ensured achievement of year on year business growth. I created a detailed business strategy which ensured a high quality service was delivered to customers while effectively controlling costs.

2005 – 2007, Business Development ManagerDuring my time working in this position, I maintained responsibility for developing new business through the delivery of a successful online strategy which incorporated website content and design. I designed and produced a series of monthly e-newsletters that attracted new business customers and improved engagement with existing clients. I also produced a number of online marketing videos for use by the sales team, which significantly improved sales of software solutions over the internet.
