As the Director of Business Development, I led the development and implementation of various programs that not only enabled individuals in recovery to gain essential job skills and achieve financial independence but also fortified the financial stability of the organization.My efforts in securing strategic support were pivotal, leading to significant funding and long-term initiatives that enhanced cash flow and expanded our donor base substantially.
