Semester 1: ISG Engineering FP&A Spend Analyst:- Primary focus on Opex, Capex, and Headcount analysis for Hardware and EDS Engineering- Support reporting standardization: Headcount affordability projection, headcount and COGS walk, C&B variance analysis- Active participation in efficiency projects - contribute to ISG wide initiatives on key processes of Outlook, Close, and ForecastSemester 2: ISG Engineering Hardware - Finance Controller:- Opex controller for BIOS and Hardware Operations groups in Hardware Engineering- Responsible for quarterly activities associated with quarter close, outlook, prelanding, and 2H forecast- Work closely with operations teams and senior leadership on headcount and discretionary planning- Support the business and ensure they have the resources to meet their roadmap deliverables while operating within spend targetsSemester 3: NGSA Operations Analyst:- Primary GBO Business Partner for Americas Next Generation Sales Academy Associate Program- Partner with NGSA Associates, NGSA Associate Managers, Dell Marketing Team, and NGSA Strategy Team to manage and distribute Marketing Leads across the AISR org.- Track key performance metrics for each AISR in a weekly KPI and combine the KPI insights with Recruiting updates, Campaign Details, and future items in weekly staff meetings.- Work directly with the Sales Associates and Managers to set quarterly performance targets and troubleshoot all issues with leads, converts, and general NGSA tools.

Collected global reporting requirements from pricing directors and scoped standardized dashboards in different fields. Reviewed deals selected to be analyzed for win/loss criteria, conducting wide outreach to sales team members involved and recording updates for final reporting. Created individual dashboards for pricers and distributed biweekly SLA's within coverage areas. Last, worked with audit project team members to ensure quarterly audit process was complete, and identified 20 business case deals for full audit.
