My main responsibility is to represent the CorePersonnel Implementation team by acting as a point of contact for all Personnel clients during the Implementation/UAT stage of a project. The main module I specialise in is the Personnel Module which consists of 9 separate ‘modules’ ; Personnel, Post Management, Training, Recruitment, E-Recruitment, Health & Safety, Medical Welfare, EMS and Workflow. I am required to support clients on any queries or issues which may arise within any of these modules during the Implementation/UAT stage of a project. My duties include performing post installs/refreshes, upgrade patches, investigating and resolving any issues/queries resulting from upgrades, post installs, post refreshes and general software patch releases. I also have a responsibility to provide general Implementation Support to the Personnel Implementation Team.
