My role is to oversee the day-to-day management of the local football association in the Bankstown Local Government Area. Duties include:* Lead and motivate the Administration team to deliver excellence in customer service, while accountable for sound business plans that will deliver growth & continuous improvement throughout all facets of the operation.* Accountable for the financial performance of the Association including preparation of budgets, implementing and monitoring of the Association's procedures to include cost base analysis, player fee structuring, evaluation and management reporting.* Responsible for the advertising, marketing and promotion of the Association within the Bankstown City Municipality.* Oversee the accuracy and publication of the Competition Draws in SportingPulse.* Ensure the maintenance of all BDAFA website, documentation records and filing systems is updated regularly and accurately.BDAFA also runs the Bankstown United Football Club which has teams in the elite Football NSW National Premier League (NPL) Tier 2 Youth competition and Men's State League. My role is to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Club.

My role is to lecture students in a variety of subjects whilst studying to obtain their Sports Administration & Coaching degree. I also facilitate tutorials as well.I'm also part of a subject known as the Problem Based Learning (PBL) whereby students are given real-workplace problems. With my help the students do research using a variety of methods to come up with a solution.

This role is part of the legal department and entails me to:- Manage, supervise and coordinate all disciplinary and grievance tribunal and committees established by Football NSW. - Assist in the delivery of best practice and good corporate governance to Football NSW members. - Manage the roll out of technology based systems to increase efficiencies in the running of all grievance and disciplinary matters. - Assist in the drafting of policies, rules and regulations.
