Serving as a lead interface between Business Finance and Transformation teams in implementation of new Costpoint accounting and financial management system and associated tools. Actively manage testing teams in multiply locations validating new capabilities and assessing ability to meet firm wide contract reporting requirements. Work with firm leadership, finance staff, and IT consultants in developing system configurations and new business practices to meet corporate needs. Interface with change management team in developing and present new training materials to firm finance and program management.Prior role included lead organization responsible for financial reporting, performance analysis, and risk mitigation for contracts within government market. Directly manage activities of staff in multiply locations tasked with financial management and performance, reporting, forecasting, risk mitigation, contract compliance, and proposal support. Works with all levels of senior account and firm management to provide analysis and guidance to improve financial performance, pipeline analysis, and ensure compliance with contractual guidelines. Responsible for managing forecasting and analyzing performance to metrics. Participates in formulation of proposal pricing strategies, lead development and analysis of forecasting models, and provides leadership in the development of risk mitigation processes. Strong understanding of cost accounting analysis. Serves as a key point of contact with external clients relative to invoicing, contract reporting, and compliance issues. Oversee development of new training materials for both client and staff development.
