Enquiries are responded to within a maximum of 4 hours and a chase system is operated dependent on client requirements and space availability. o Responsible for identifying and developing sales leads and contributing to the overall sales department customer acquisition strategy. Outbound sales call volume dependent on objectives for period.o Responsible for ensuring CRM database is maintained and managed effectively. Operate a trace system to ensure effective key account management with clients.o Attend weekly team meetings alongside team members to analyse financial performance and results from previous week.
