-Create a material take off and ordered all materials to replace flood damaged electrical equipment.-Demolish all flood damaged electrical components.-Installed and wired electrical hardware, including transformers, junction boxes, switchgear, motors, fire alarm devices, instruments, circuit breakers ensuring work was done safely and quality of work is up to client specifications.-Tested electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures using various testing devices.-Assist Spartan Controls with all I/O checks and troubleshoot any functionality issues.-Assist with commissioning checks, verify drawings and complete field mark ups.-Complete Final Redline Drawings for Project.-Build Complete Turnover Package for Client.

Quality Inspector Duties:-Create a full project Material Take-Off to verify quantities of materials required.-Receive Materials, verify amounts and that they are to the correct specifications and create an OS&D (over short and damage) Report for any missing or damaged material.-Track all materials received, create Material Receiving Reports and keep a running log.-Maintain weld logs and keep weld mapping up to date.-Track heat numbers, heat mapping and associated MTR’s-Complete all quality exhibits as required by the ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).-Complete redline drawings as required.-Hydro volume calculations and complete hydro packs.-Complete pigging packages as required.Electrician Duties:-Install Skin Effect heat trace system on pipeline and associated instruments.-Install Mineral Insulated heat trace on pipeline and associated instruments.-Install cable tray systems and field run cable tray.-Pull cables, gland and terminate as per cable schedules.-Install heaters, run cables and terminate.

· Prepare required documentation and maintain files for final turnover to the client· Implements and maintains CEDA systems and procedures at project start-up including: master filing system· Prepare hydro test packages· Keep and maintain weld log, weld mapping and heat numbers· Prepare system based turnover packages· Review project plans and specifications to become familiar with the proper construction methods for the work being performed· Facilitates the review and distribution of drawings at project field level by following up with the trades/consultants; maintains the drawing log· Performs maintenance of files, logs, drawings, change documentation and specifications· Ensure the implementation of QA/QC documentation requirements are understood· Continually monitor work in-progress to ensure compliance with QA/QC and other project documentation requirements are being completed· Act as an accessible resource on QA/QC documentation issues· Participate in project specific and system Audits with management as per the CEDA QMS· Organizes project close-out by preparing warranty package and requirements; collecting warranties and O&M manuals; creating turnover documents and assisting in demobilizing the site and archiving documentation.

Working with the QA/QC department I am in charge of producing all final turnover documentation for the expansion project. This position requires me to coordinate with all trades to ensure all documentation will be received an that the final turnover package is complete and to CNRL standards.

As a document controller my job was to receive, upload and distribute project information as it became available, to ensure the workers had the most current information available. Along with that responsibility it was my job to make sure our database was up to date and that the work that was in the field was tracked and logged once it was completed.On top of the document control portion I was in charge of making sure the red line drawings were up to date and that the appropriate As-Built drawings were made.With the Quality Side of the project, I worked with the QA/QC lead to ensure that all electrical components were checked and that the proper paperwork was completed. Also pictures were taken of any damages and noted with the checks. Once all the quality checks were completed I assisted with the completion of the turnover packages that were provided to the client at the end of the project.
