During my time at this position I was the COO of a team of 4 individuals. My main role was to ensure the operations of the team went smoothly. This includes making sure the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) made any financial commitments within deadlines, ensuring the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) gave appropriate deadlines to action items, and ensuring the CAO filed the appropriate paperwork in a timely manner. There were also many skills gained as a part of creating this start-up:1. Name Creation/Branding: As a result of the creation of the company, I have a background in the creation of the name of the company, as well as other aspects of branding involved, like the fonts, color scheme and imagery included in the logo. 2. Marketing: As part of the operation of the company, I have a background with marketing platforms and Ad creation, like business cards, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and magazines. These were the main platforms used to promote and market the company and its branding. 2. Starting a C/S Corp: As a part of starting the company, there was a process to setup the C Corp, initially, and later on converting that C Corp into an S Corp. There were 100 shares of the company, split 26/25/25/24 between the 4 members of the company.

At this position, my role was to care for 10-14 residents at the facility, with roles ranging from showering, helping with getting dressed and getting to bed, pushing around wheelchairs for residents to have mobility. During the latter portion of my tenure, I was the lead for the night shift, during which the main respoonsibility was to ensure the residents stayed asleep and to address any issues waking them up (Pain, Falls if trying to get out of bed, requests for snacks, water, etc.) The majority of these shifts I was on the floor by myself, which required time management, operations management, and ability to deal with intense situations like seizures occurring while being by myself at any given time.
