With over 10 years of experience in educating trade entry level students, recruitment, and placing individuals in long term employment, I have gained invaluable knowledge in partnering with employers across the state to fulfill the workforce demand. Understanding the needs of clients and the expectations they have is very important to me. Currently, I work for SITE Staffing as an Account Executive. I have gained invaluable knowledge in partnering with employers by providing the highest quality customer service and assisting employers in filling any employment needs they may have. I aspire to create new business relationships with clients who have the drive to grow and provide work opportunities to those seeking employment. Previously I worked for the Job Corps Program a Department of Labor funded trade program. As the Director of Admissions and Placement Services, I assisted entry trade level individuals find long term employment. My experience during this time as taught me what trade industry employers are seeking along with having the ability to understand barriers faced when individuals apply to work with employers. By understanding that, I was able to find the right person for the right job, which benefited both employer and individual. Prior to this I served six years in the Unites States Air Force.
