By switching from the out-of-the-box tool, we saved money on licensing, increased our ability to troubleshoot issues, and created easily reusable workflows to cut back on future development time.- Trained, coached, and mentored interns on the teams various integrations and services.

- Designed and developed accounting and procurement integration between Quad Systems and EFI Monarch suite which was successfully rolled out to our Commercial/Specialty print plants. This integration led to a reduction of operating expenses and was recognized by management as significant success.- Developed a custom reporting website that allowed for dynamic report creation, and housed many custom reports that were accessed by various business units. We were able to cut back on production releases and development time by creating a way to create reports on the fly.- Built a webpage that allowed for inline editing of custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities, as well as further development of entities, reports, and web resources within CRM. This saved our sales representatives a substantial amount of time, by allowing them to modify all their data from one webpage.
