The Honor Foundation (THF) is a unique transition institute created exclusively for the elite members of the U.S. Special Operations community. Every step at THF is dedicated to preparing these outstanding men and women to continue to realize their maximum potential during and after their elite service careers.

-Manage, train, qualify, and deploy 35 personnel in the operation and maintenance of Unmanned Aerial, Underwater and Surface Systems that resulted in 11,000+ hours of sensitive activities. •Developed a Training curriculum, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for use with Unmanned Systems directly impacting Overseas Operations.•Served as a Combat Enabler while deployed to Special Operations Task Force-East Africa (SOTF-EA), performing tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance in direct combat environments during ground and airborne operations supporting Overseas Contingency Operations.

•Led 5 instructors in the delivery of 2019 hours of instruction on F-35 Propulsion and Fuel-Related systems.•Developed the Course Curriculum for the Navy’s F-35 Fifth Generation Fighter Jet Propulsion and Fuel-Related Systems.•Represented the U.S. Navy in the contract verification and validation of a $5M F-135 mock-up engine trainer.

•Led 20 personnel in the processing of 3.5M pounds of mail to 23 remote locations in hazardous and dynamic environments.•Led 19 courier operations to remote locations in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom

•Supervised the maintenance efforts of 26 personnel in the F-18 Powerplants work center•Performed aircraft maintenance leading to 17,500 flight hours.•Spoke to over 15,600 students at 38 high schools across America encouraging careers in the Navy and the benefits of living a drug-free lifestyle.

•Performed periodic and non-scheduled aircraft inspections maintaining aircraft engines, transmissions, and fuel-system components to include propulsion systems troubleshooting and vibration analysis.
