I have over 16 years of experience in Training & Development and Instructional Design. I have extensive experience delivering hands-on training in both an in-person and virtual classroom environment ranging from systems training, soft skills, behavioral management, meeting facilitation, scenario-based training, workshops, and new employee orientation and onboarding training. I am experienced in conducting knowledge and skills assessments, job and task analysis, and competency-based needs assessments. I possess a strong knowledge of adult learning theories and principles, the use of instructional design models such as the ADDIE model, Bloom's Taxonomy, Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction, and Merrill's Principles of Instruction, as well as experience in organizational and change management.
