For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated with technology. From a young age I have been taking things apart just to work out what went where, looking for mistakes and then putting everything back together. Fixing these mistakes taught me how to develop my troubleshooting skills and how to work under pressure, so it was natural that I started working in IT support. My experience has allowed me to work with users spanning both the corporate and domestic sectors. Working with such a wide range of customers allowed me to not only build my practical knowledge but to develop my style of support. Over the years I have gone from a general support technician, dealing with a range of technologies over multiple platforms, to a network technician, specializing in internet and network support. I now feel confident working alongside any user and their particular needs and demands.Moving forward I want to work in the field of Network Security and Cyber Security, again this side of things fascinates me, the data that companies hold is the key to everything from business growth, to employee and customer satisfaction and I aspire to be a part of this movement and make it as safe as possible for all to use..
