My responsibilities included developing test automation tools for both web applications and offline applications, designing test plans, conducting feasibility studies and presenting new ideas to a large group. Throughout my time at Irish Life the programming language I used most was C#. I have become proficient in using C#.Some of the projects I worked on at Irish Life include:- writing a regression test automation pack for the web services used by the Irish Life customer service centre.- planning, designing and writing an automated test tool to test the success of an internal database migration.- conducting a feasibility study into the possibility of introducing new software to replace currently implemented software.

As a junior software tester at Smartbin, I developed and conducted test cases in a small software testing team. Other tasks I completed include hardware configuration and packaging. I worked here during the summer months in between college.
