Consistently hit monthly and quarterly SQL and Revenue Targets as an SDR for the UKI Enterprise Team. In this role I was the highest grossing SDR globally with over $15m in pipeline generated and worked with the Twilio.org Team to organise and run the first series of roundtable events to help promote Digital Communications and Virtual Fundraising in the Not for Profit space. Along with my assigned AE’s we would collaborate with the other lines of business to conduct strategic account mapping and build a collaborative approach to selling with the Marketing, Solution Engineers, Product Specialist, ISR and Prof Services teams. I would be tasked to identify Twilio's ICP and then prospect into Net New, Existing Spend and Trial Accounts to identify new business opportunities to sell Twilio's range of customer engagement and cloud communications products to orgs with 2k+ employees across UKI and Global Markets.I am proficient in the use of Sales Tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, Outreach, Zoominfo, Vidyard, Vidu to name a few.
