Current• Assist customers daily by providing information regarding orders or products via phone, email, and chat.• Guide customers to correct products for their needs and market those items to build sales.• Communicate and work with other customer solutions representatives to provide efficient solutions to customer issues.•Implement methods and strategies to increase employee efficiency. • Assist different departments within in our company along with purchasers, outside manufacturers, and transportation carriers to obtain information regarding products, orders, and to find solutions for customer issues.• Mulitask several issues at an effective pace to find efficient and fair solutions for many customers within an appropriate time frame.
