Provide on going support for the maintenance and improvements of the SCADA system that monitors the natural gas pipelines network of NGC. There are various remote locations that are also being supported but they run independent DCS systems. Further to regular on going activities, I am also involved in the following:- Participation in the factory and site acceptance testing of the newly developed (or upgraded) SCADA systems in the company. (This includes identifying issues, providing recommendations for improvements based on SCADA Industry standards and providing updates to the project manager.)- Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for project related tasks assigned at various locations and issue safe work permits to the contractors involved.- Participate at project team meetings, project document reviews, risk assessments and report on the status of assigned project tasks.- Provide support to NGC’s SCADA project consultant when conducting integrity testing of the new SCADA system.- Develop plans, procedures and guidelines for use post cutover to the new SCADA system.- Provide SCADA on-call support to the main control center operators.

Provide direct customer service support for the NGC IT infrastructure both at its on shore locations and its the offshore platforms. These include but not limited to the following:- IT Help-desk Support- Client Support for Windows Operating Systems and associated Applications- Active Directory User Access Management- On call application development- Asset Management - Support for the in house Omnivex Moxie Studio Communication Environment- On call for Sharepoint Survey Development

As a member of the Software Development and Planning team, I was responsible for the following activities:- User and System requirements gathering - Development of SharePoint Intranet Department Sites- Documentation of training material and handover documents- Training users to to become power users of SharePoint Sites- Supporting updates to Company website.
