My role was with Millennuim3 Financial Services, owned by ANZ Banking Group.My duties included...* Conducting comprehensive compliance audits of financial planners / authorised reps. of Millennium3* Writing compliance reports and other communications* Sign-off and editorial assistance with marketing materials issued by advisers* Maintaining professional relationships with financial advisers* Keeping up to date on regulatory changes

• Implementation & management of AML/CTF program• Responsible for introduction of new products• All compliance and regulatory issues• Procedure and process improvement• Assistance with marketing• Daily contact with the Managing Director

• Manage external relationships with brokers and introducers with the aim of increasing loan volumes• Provide ongoing training and support to brokers• Assess applications and issue approvals• Liaise with funders, mortgage insurers, valuers and solicitors

• Responsible for writing and maintaining lending manuals within the group• Review all new training for lending staff• Involved in new products and projects from the early stages and liaised with senior managers

• Manage the lending portfolios for two branches• Conduct home loan interviews, prepare and assess loan applications
