Here I played a dual business requirements / workstream program manager role overseeing the implementation of a number of key capabilities to support the creation of a seamless Salesforce collaboration experience for the sales teams (consisting of over 10k users) within Enterprise and Commercial, across all routes to market. This experience was presented with a modern user experience and delivered incremental best of breed capabilities (both native Salesforce and internally developed) that now enable Dell's sales makers to be more informed, productive and successful in customer pursuits.
