I am a consistent $10 million+ producer since 1998. I have been selling Residential, REO, Corporate Relocation, commercial and short sales since 1997. The Reid Home Team sells homes on average of 99% of the list price to sales price. I use my 25+ years of experience to effectively formulate a plan tailored to each client’s individual needs. We strive to perform BPO's/ERC with a 48 hour turn around time and submit monthly status reports when requested. I am civic minded and hard working and value relationships with my clients and the community. I am proud to be a volunteer firefighter in my hometown since 2005. I donate my time to the Architectural Review Board. Currently I am the chairperson for the Hudson Bandstand committee. I volunteer for numerous local organizations in Northeast Ohio.I am an active alumni of Miami University, after completing my Political Science degree on a full athletic scholarship.
