I have had the opportunity to work at a variety of levels within the digital industry for over 20 years. These roles have ranged from web developer to team leader, solutions architect to development manager, through to providing business consulting to both national and international companies.My roles have constantly challenged me to improve and expand my skills and knowledge. This is a challenge that I relish and throw myself into each day. A big part of what I enjoy is investigating new tools and solutions and helping guide others along their own paths to achieve results that they can be proud of.Whether I am prototyping with HTML, CSS (Sass) and Javascript (ES6), creating intuitive, functional solutions within a variety of PHP based CMS's, utilising new frameworks and tools (React, Gatsby, Cloudflare), crafting and designing large scale web solutions for clients and their customers, running Agile projects in Scrum/Kanban, or managing and providing leadership to a team of developers, I love every aspect of this ever-changing industry.Working with progressive companies and people, who believe in a collaborative approach to deliver projects and who utilise innovation to get the most out of their resources, is what drives me. Designing and creating solutions that not only resolve digital challenges, but also allow teams and clients to learn and grow is what I strive for in every project that I have the pleasure to work on.
