• Managing the entire inventory of the store.
• Posting & Generating the GRN, STO, RPO, DELIVERY, NRGP, RGP & other related report through ERP.
• Ensuring the receipt of material with 100% physical verification and storage of goods as per SOP.
• Arranging the dispatch of goods to other stores of the company.
• Tracking pending In-Transit stock (DC to Store & Store to Store).
• Generating & maintaining documents of receipts, dispatches, discrepancies and challans.

• Maintain the record of inward & outward material with all necessary documents
• Checking of security system (Inward/ Outward audit and security positions and all security documents and register and files also.
• Reconciliation of Inward & Outward of stocks between Stores and Warehouse on a daily basis, in case of short & excess to resolve within 24 hrs.
• Loading and unloading: stock receiving and dispatching from warehouse and from the vendor as per stock movement and any discrepancy should be cleared within 24hrs.
• Inward outward checking: If any excess and shortage is arising then it is settled within 24 hours and communicates to warehouse manager.
• Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and trace shipments and follow up on undelivered goods.

Managing Non Food (FMCG). Responsible for Inventory label is maintained as per the target to be achieved. Regular physical check of the Inventory to be maintaining the accuracy label.Sending stock order to the planning department for the replenishment.
