• Close monitoring of wells and process units parameter trends and responding to deviations.• Operational exposure to off shore platforms, Crude oil stabilization units, Multi phase pumps, Gas compressors, natural gas dehydration unit, Produced water treatment unit, Water treatment and injection unit.• Performing pigging of oil, water and gas lines including intelligent pigging (IP) operations in a safe manner.• Planning of shut down activities, performing the job in safe manner by following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).• Observe and comply with permits like Hot-work, Cold-work, electrical isolation, excavation, confined space entry, vehicle entry etc.,• Daily war room meeting to enhance qualitative productivity with utmost safety.• Carry out effective RCA for production loss, repeated quality/process parameter deviations.• Hands on experience of Digital Oil Field (DOF) application such as Babel fish global server for wells real time monitoring, volumetric accounting, allocation, Daily Production Reporting (DPR).• Co ordinating Process Optimization (PO) and innovation and continuous improvement (CI) Module in Asset optimization (AO) which focuses on much needed changes in processes and system with an objective of driving excellence in manufacturing.

• Performing process control of wet process Phosphoric acid and Silicic acid manufacturing using statistical process control techniques.• Ensuring streamlining of process flow, Troubleshooting process deviations and handling emergencies.• Planning of shut down activities & plant wash jobs, supervising the critical jobs in Flash Cooler (FC) area• Co-ordination with maintenance team in order to ensure smooth operation of critical equipments • Monitoring of Hemi and Dihydrate filters, Reactors and evaporators.• Monitoring the quality parameters on continuous basis with time to time coordination with laboratory• Carryout effective RCA on repeated and par production loss involved breakdowns • Hands-on Experience in SAP R/3 – PM Module which includes Creating Work Permit for process jobs through notifications, process order creation etc.,• Implementation of 5S practices in workplace and continuous improvements through Kaizen, which serves as a platform to innovate new ideas.• Co ordinating Asset Optimization (AO) activities in Phosphoric Acid Plant • Ensuring the safety of my field personnel through field visits & PEP talks• 5S coordinator for improving hygiene and housekeeping of Ground floor and Transformation Tank area
