Review of work requisitions/PR, scope of work & technical specification/ requirement with user department. Preparation of enquiry document with the help of received scope of PR & accordingly floating of enquiries to potential service providers / suppliers and followup for on time techno commercial bid submission.Review technical & commercial offers submitted by vendors and scheduling techno commercial meetings.Preparation of Quotation comparison sheet and note for approval for higher management approval.Preparation of negotiation strategy and negotiation with supplier.Contracts/Purchase order terms & conditions negotiation & finalization.Generation of work order/purchase orders & their amendment in SAP.Registration & development of new vendors for cost competitiveness and material quality improvement.Analysis of supplier performance parameters like on time delivery, material rejection percentage and response time for resolving issues.Participation in internal/external audits and also ensuring timely closure of audits observation.Import orders finalization & management.
