 Key Responsibilities:o Develop and maintain the Project Master schedule, and milestone & detailed schedules, earned value analysis and schedule delay analysis using Primavera o Establish Progress measurement system and Measure the progress weekly, generating weekly and monthly progress reporto Update Master schedule periodically and generate 1 month look ahead to stakeholderso Participate in and support processing Variations, Change Requests & Claims with sub-contractorso Resource loading and generating S-Curve and histogramo Familiar and working experience on stages of projects through conceptual planning, scheduling, EV management.o Developing and maintaining Level 2, and Level 3 schedule for project.o Creating WBS & its codes, Organization roles, activity codes and assigning to each activity.o Monitoring progress for different discipline i.e Engineering, Procurement and construction activities and updating all levels of schedules.o Identify and process deviations from project baselines including recommendations for corrective courses of action.o Communicate regularly with engineering, procurement, contracts and construction department to understand the true status on projects and that reflects in schedule & reports.o Weightage assigning for activities and preparation S curves and histogram -Planned, actualGenerating Weekly, Monthly progress Report and preparation of fortnight, monthly, 3 months,6 months Look ahead Plan.o Updating the construction schedule periodically
