This is what I have set out to fix.I know many of us want the ability to train our own salespeople, but the fact remains, what must suffer to allow us time to do this? I am not questioning any DP’s ability to train and coach, I am questioning why isn’t there a better, more effective and time efficient way to coach our people that sell our products? Why isn’t there someone that can come in and onboard our salespeople to show them the world of selling cars? Or someone that can elevate our current salespeople to increase their closing ratio?Our role is already massive, we have plenty of fires to put out… don’t get me wrong—I loved my career as a Dealer Principal, but I love coaching salespeople and selling cars even more. I saw an opportunity to take my passion and solve an issue at the same time.
