Current- Work within CMS to create new pages that are optimized for SEO and engagement
- Provide CMS support to the field, such as training media staff on use of new CMS and pulling submission reports at request
- Copyedit and proofread blogs, internal and external emails, social content and web page updates
- Lead and complete web content updates and QA before date of launch for special reports
- Manage shared submission postings and workflow by providing reports for Patient Engagement team
- Provide CMS feedback and works with the web development team to enhance the functionality and usability of CMS
