Book Transfer Applications (2015 to present)Coordinates four applications an Automated Quoting Engine that can intake vendor data and translate the data into Safeco’s policy system, an Agent Status Tool where agents can view and update data about their ongoing Book Transfers, a workflow management tool for internal users, and a Rules Engine where internal users can manipulate and translate vendor data to Safeco accepted data. • Coordinated four products from inception to production. • Transitioned from Waterfall to Agile software methodology in 2015. • Acting Scrum Master leading agile ceremonies for Grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Stand Ups for an agile scrum team of 8 developers and 4 Product Owners.• Works closely with product owners and development team to write acceptance criteria for user stories.Triage system issues and investigate user feedback to generate system enhancement requirements. • Query databases and logs to research and analyze applications for business reporting and investigation.Coach and train users to increase application competence and search for potential improvements.• System Technology: Java, HTML, SQL, XML, .Net, Mongo DB, Cloud foundry, AWS, & Angular JS.Third Party Sales Applications (2012-2015)Maintained and enhanced home and auto quoting sites and API services for internal agents and external consumers.
