Responsible for the development and professional growth of direct report.Oversee Yokohama ADVANTAGE Incentive Program; work closely with client and IT team build next generation.Currently working with Mazda on building a Learning Management System (LMS) using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Advise channel partners on client advertising and promotion strategies; ensured local advertising compliance with corporate guidelines and brand support.Work closely with finance and accounting on forecasting.Deliver effective marketing solutions and develop trusted relationships for clients. Success is growing revenue while developing new programs, enhancing current programs and providing my client with new ideas to meet their objectives and goals.
