Support the development of division wide procedures for processing, documenting, and protecting employee data. Direct supervision of time and labor staff and provide support to payroll services. Serve as a liaison between Oracle programmer and business stakeholders to determine appropriate resolutions. Define data requirements, develop auditing processes and templates. Work with Oracle team to create system requirement specifications for module enhancements as well as reporting needs. Complete annual salary surveys for workforce including OUS. Provide support for non-exempt salary recommendations and maintain salary sheets for direct labor staff. Interface and support global country managers and HR Representatives to maintain employee population in Oracle, this includes troubleshooting, development of training materials, job validations and change of status maintenance. Monitor benefit interfaces and respond to interface updates. Provide compliance reporting and monthly billing to corporate office and external agencies.Responsible for partnering with Corporate HR service groups and manufacturing client groups to ensure successful implementation and application of agreed upon human resources objectives in order to achieve business objectives.
