Sourced a third party vendor to help expedite our FedRamp certification and developed a business case to get funding secured. Closed two of the largest Enterprise customers within first 60 days in role. Helping Government agencies move from On Premise contact center systems to Cloud Contact Center as a Service. Worked extensively on integrations with Epic, Salesforce, MS Teams to improve process efficiencies.Strategically aligned with our Partner network; AT&T, Verizon, Google, Acqueon, ClearView, Customer Dynamics to provide the best solution to our customers. Worked with legal, product and pricing team to negotiate contracts, generate quotes and close opportunities.

As a Solutions Consultant for AT&T Mobility my primary focus is on mobilizing applications through mobile devices on the AT&T network. I work with multiple partners that specialize in many different areas including; mobile device management, mobile forms, persistence software, device and asset tracking, application development, along with any application that needs to be mobilized. The customers that I work with range from State Agencies, School Districts K-12, Cities and Counties throughout the State of Utah and the State of Idaho.

Focused on residential real estate sales within Salt Lake County. Worked with investors on remodeling and marketing homes. Involved with Keller Williams technology team to enhance office communication and set up new agents with system access.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

Worked on acquisition from other carriers to Qwest for business customers. Launched an internal employee referral program to generate leads for additional services. Worked closely with business partners to coordinate service delivery.
