In my current position as a Web Content Creator, I help to manage and maintain new e-commerce website builds from origin to completion. To ensure an optimal result, collaboration with the customer, analytic and program management team is necessary. Through corrective and preventive care, the website has constant maintenance beginning with wireframes, prototypes, and design input and concluding with direct order import set up and appropriate hyper care after the launch. With applicable process documentation, report building specific to the customer, and problem resolution until the program is sustained.
