General micro and chem lab duties including, but not limited to, pathogen testing and conformation and testing and passing product samples for certification. I am proficient in using equipment such as Gene-Up Thermocycler, viscometer, PH meter, gas analyzer, Cl meter, autoclave, incubators, pipettors, balances, Dilumat, hot plates, vortexers of different varieties, and other standard laboratory equipment. I worked with Petrifilm plates, liquid media, agar plates and slants to test for pathogens and to confirm pathogen species.

My first, and most important, responsibility was to answer phone calls as they came in throughout the day. Most were customers wanting to know which torque converter they needed for the specific vehicle and transmission they were rebuilding. Durning my years of employment I had built trust and a strong rapport with “the regulars”. Product knowledge was key, and I had it. My customers sought me specifically because they trusted me to get them the correct part and get it to them as quickly as possible. A lot of these same customers were on one of two national truck routes I routed, managed and maintained. I was responsible for maintaining customer accounts on my truck routes and making sure they stayed in good standing with their core exchange (torque converters are sold on a core exchange basis) and that their balance was paid on time or by arrangement. I wore many hats. Supplies inventory manager was another title I held. This included taking inventory, ordering, stocking and organizing all office supplies.I had many other responsibilities that I assisted with daily. I helped shipping and receiving with making shipping labels and pulling orders. In the afternoons, I ran the inventory program (torque converter inventory) to smooth the process we had taken on from a specific customer to suit their needs. I price checked LTL freight through specific companies against what brokers offered and scheduled the shipments.While efficiently managing my regular job duties and taking care of customer calls, I was also updating various data entry tasks. My multitasking computer skills were tested and proven many times.

I was the supervisor of the call center program, ABM (American Business Maintenance). I oversaw 30+ call center agents, their hiring, training, performance, attendance, reviews, and disciplinary action. I managed all day-to-day maintenance and workflow to keep the program running smoothly including multiple call and email queues, fielding escalated calls and call-ins from portfolio managers with questions or concerns. I collaborated directly with the client (ABM) to appease their requests and requirements. I also constructed and implemented new processes and procedures for new and existing aspects of the program as we increasingly added more of their company's divisions needing work order processing and dispatching.
