Summer Internship in China. I worked for the largest Sheraton in the world, with 3,896 guest rooms and suites. Total event space was 214,000 square feet.Cross-trained in 6 different restaurants from Italian casual dining to Asian hotpot buffet. During the internship I explored many positions such as a server, barista, bartender, as well as supervisor. I also spent time with the Conventions and Banquets team as well as the Events and Promotions department.
