I managed relationships with the internal sales team and Albertsons Companies sales team. I met with Albertsons buyers 8 times during the year to discuss business opportunities. I managed Category Management requests for all 12 Campbell categories across all 14 Albertsons Companies divisions. I developed 3 tools to track total Campbell performance at Albertsons Companies. I completed ad hoc requests for the Albertsons Companies Sales Lead regularly. I completed Planograms for multiple categories at multiple Albertsons Companies divisions. 5 of the Planograms were implemented in full, while other recommendations were taken in part.

I developed a tool to monitor Planogram space to sales ratios. I developed “Gold Standard” Planograms for beverages and dressings that was used company-wide and presented to all customers. I worked with an independent contractor to track Planogram efficiency across all customers. The two of us worked with all top 10 customers to adjust Planograms. I managed all Canadian Category Management requests, and managed all Creative requests for the Immediate Consumption team. The creative requests averaged 20+ projects per year.

I assisted my manager and salespeople with completing sales presentations for all customers. I worked on Planograms for all customers, with a 75% implementation rate. I developed selling stories for new items, and as a company we achieved our goal of at least 60% acceptance. I also tracked new item performance for the company.

I created a weekly promotional program for customers. While at Stinson’s, I worked cross-functionally with warehouse coworkers to provide this rewards program. I assisted salespeople to complete orders via phone, fax, and in person. I tracked internal marketing initiatives to measure success.
