Diagnosed stakeholder needs, established project goals, and adjusted plans as needed to ensure successful adoption and renewal. Developed and delivered data briefings on equity and learning loss to high-level stakeholders (e.g. Superintendents and Cabinet). Applied research training to an India-wide rapid learning assessment for non-profit in New Delhi. Project: In collaboration with Director of Survey Design and Assessment, determined the amount of inter-year variation in district-level learning achievement due to changes in the age-class distribution in the survey.

Dissertation study involved impact evaluation of conditional cash transfer programs, programs designed to build human capital in developing countries.Dissertation research includes statistical modeling of the impact of conditioned cash incentives on educational outcomes in international contexts.
