* Established first of their kind protocols for exploring growth and lens regeneration camera-type eyes in holometabolous arthropods. * Worked independently and collaboratively to adapt existing optical and histological procedures for use across a variety of new optical models, as well as cyclotron based microCT scanning. * Managed laboratory ordering, budgeting, and reconciliation, as well as chemical disposal coordination orders, equipment maintenance, wrote SOPs for animal care and laboratory best practices, and created a master database for ordering common and unusual items for lab use.
