Super user and trainer for eClinicalWorks; develops work flows for front office staff, clinical staff and providers using eClinicalWorks. Certified trainer in Vocera and Dolbey Fusion. Proficient in Windows 7 Enterprise.

I/S Liaison for Department of Orthopaedics, Health and Wellness and Pharmacy. Implement EHR, train and provude support for clinical staff and providers. Build database to provide enhancements and efficiency in documentation and patient care. An expert in Meaningful Use requirements. Works closely with Orthopaedic and Surgery residents. An expert in workflow analysis to provide efficiency in all areas in healthcare.

Responsbilities included workflow assessment, building clinical data in the EHR, manage securites, train the end users and go live support for the practices. Other resposbilities include Meaningful Use preparation and education for physicians and staff.
