-Develops channels of supply to achieve reduced lead time and Moog inventory holding, increased quality and delivery and therefore lowest total cost.-Identifies, negotiates and closing of high value long term agreements to secure spend while remaining compliant with government, regulatory and customer requirements.-Develops strategic sourcing plans for designated commodity groups across all sectors. -Manages company relationships with vendors, making sure contract terms are fulfilled and mitigating vendor risk while developing efficient supply chain strategies.-Drives continuous improvement of methods/training tools to better support key stakeholder’s requirements.

-Works cross functionally between business development, operations, and shop leaders to ensure project timelines, repairs and spares orders are met and key customer’s needs are satisfied. - Establish metrics used to track vendor performance and proactively monitors strategy implementation and contract compliance of Moog repair vendor base.- Manage company relationships with vendors, making sure contract terms are fulfilled and mitigating vendor risk. - Identify potential vendors and conduct research to determine who offers the best products, prices and services.- Coordinate vendors to develop efficient supply chain strategies.- Act when necessary, as the escalation point between Moog and component repair vendors in seeking timely and beneficial solutions to disputes or other contractual issues.- Manages the commercial aftermarket supply chain’s total product life cycle which includes 7 repair stations around the world and 150+ Models.- Ensures levels of inventory are sufficient for exchanges in our East Aurora, NY facility and in our contractually obligated global inventory locations positioned around the world for customers involved in pooling contracts.

-Works closely with external vendors ( or internal Moog commodity leads ) to ensure performance targets are met and expedites when necessary. ( Quality - Cost - Delivery )-Develops new processes and helps identify potential sources.-Reports sourcing/procurement status and requested metrics on programs and projects to the relevant Repair Management / Development Engineering as required.

- Responsible for the handling of vendor supplied services on pass though parts.- Managed all pass though part vendors; Quote review/approvals, metrics, WIP and meetings.- Writing purchase orders and maintaining control of the parts until their return to production.- Coordinate/communication with other internal departments on delivery schedules.- Analyzed aftermarket bills of material, routing and demand.

- Issuing of materials to Operation Sheets, Packing Slips and Work Orders.- Maintained the integrity of traceable hardware; Recording serial numbers when directed.- Worked with program leads to insure accurate scheduling / ordering of parts.- Analyzed daily forecast reports to minimize part shortages. - Held the ability to sign off on 8130 tags for Work Orders and Operation Sheets. - Gained knowledge of the units for both OEM and Aftermarket.
