Responsible for a number of support tasks with dolphins and sea lions including diet preparation, sanitation, and equipment and facility maintenance. This internship also provides the opportunity to assist in husbandry and open ocean training, provide support to the animal care staff in animal physicals, and assist in a number of different marine mammal research projects.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, I greet and check in members and guests, handle a multi-phone line system, and answer member questions. I also process billing and accounting changes on memberships and answer member questions pertaining to their accounts.Additionally, for kids club shifts I was manage a room of children ages 3 months to 12 years old. I maintained a fun and interactive environment for the children while the parents work out.

Educate third grade students about their local habitats and the relationships between native wildlife, plants, and the impact of human impacts on these ecosystems. This involved teaching classroom lessons and taking groups through a science based field trip in the Elfin Forest.

Planting seeds, harvesting produce, water quality testing, and system maintenance in ECOLIFE's Aquaponics Innovation Center.

Provide excellent customer service, quality packing of meals for customers, making delicious shakes, maintaining a clean dining area.
