As Ship Support Officer/ Assistant Public Works Officer: Planned and programmed construction to maintain $1B in waterfront operational facilities (piers, utilities, etc.). Provided utility, transportation, sanitation, and various other support services to over 50 ships homeported at Naval Station Norfolk. Managed efforts of over 50 staff members.

Maintained various communications assets and capabilities for deployed battalion operations. Assisted company commander in administrative tasks and construction operations planning and execution for over 100 personnel.
