Experienced Controller with a demonstrated history of strong understanding of accounting functions, the importance of developing efficient business practices, and leading a team to accomplish set goals.In this role I have taken on various businesses from small to medium size under one owner while maintaining my active Controller responsibilities at EOI. I have created custom business software to include full scale accounting for EOI as well as Heli-Partners, a helicopter tour company in Orlando and AgroFlite, an Agricultural aerial application company. In total I manage the accounting for more than 15 companies and have responsibilities in the following areas to list a few:-HR-Payroll-IT-Develop retail products and maintain proper inventory levels-Marketing-Website development-Insurance-Budgets-Develop and implement cost saving practices -Maintain Aircraft and Real Estate leases and contracts Over the last 9 year I have fine tuned my organizational skills and multitasking in order to accomplish my day to day responsibilities. I work hard to improve business practices with efficiency in every company I work with and find it easiest to achieve this through automation with my custom software. This not only speeds up the work flow but also improves on accuracy as well as maximizing staff productivity. I enjoy seeing results.
