Led product roadmap for data migration products, training, and documentation. Successfully migrated customer training from a legacy system to a user-friendly platform, consolidated migration products to minimize field and user confusion, and helped overhaul customer-facing documentation using markdown format, improving both the internal and external experience.

Led scrum ceremonies for 4 teams, maintained the product roadmap, provided visibility into the status of projects, and mitigated issues causing slippage.

Led strategy and implementation for our APIs and integrations, iterating and releasing features and integrations based on KPIs, strategic direction, and partner feedback.

I helped developers and partners build integrations that use our APIs and SDKs. I investigated issues reported to us using tools like Splunk, Postman, and SQL queries. When a defect was found on our side, I ranked it in priority order based on severity and number of complaints. I also contributed to documentation efforts, writing two of our best-viewed guides (each with over 6K unique views), inspired by developer pain points.

I investigated API issues, wrote API scripts as needed, helped maintain documentation, and supported developers using the SDKs & API.

I helped developers create integrations that used the Constant Contact API. I troubleshooted to find the root cause of defects using tools like Postman, Splunk, and SQL queries.

I investigated connectivity issues, escalated product defects, worked with customers having technical issues, and corrected HTML issues in emails.

I provided excellent service to customers. Often, this involved manipulating html so that email campaigns displayed properly.

I did protocol and method development and validation here. Most of my work involved solution and sample preparation and consequent HPLC analysis. I did linearity, LOD/LOQ, accuracy, robustness, repeatability, and stability work. I also analyzed validations and protocols for other companies that contracted us for guidance.My process was to create the method and test the drug product initially, move on to writing a protocol, and then carry out the validation (per cGMP's) and write any SOP's for stability or other purposes.

I was a graduate student in the Tius lab, which specializes in synthetic organic chemistry. This is the place I credit with teaching me excellent technique in the lab. I gained invaluable experience working on Nazarov chemistry and performing many synthetic transformations, both large and small-scale. I was able to work on the beginning steps of the total synthesis of Nakadomarin A and I did independent research on a nucleophilic trap. Where possible, products were purified by column chromatography (or distillation or recrystallization) and characterized with IR and proton NMR.I also had the opportunity to take advanced classes in NMR (2D, HMBC, COSY, and HSQC were covered), organometallic chemistry, synthesis, and biochemistry. In addition, I taught undergraduate general chemistry lab and undergraduate organic chemistry lab.

I performed synthesis to make analogs of a compound with known pharmaceutical activity. I gained experience with LCMS and analytical and preparatory HPLC, along with lyophilizing. The synthesis was typically 3 steps for a given analog.
